Place an order for an item from this web site by sending an e-mail or
by calling 314-324-6375. When ordering by phone have the item name, number,
color, and metal selection, if applicable, ready. Custom orders are welcomed
on the designs represented on this web site. The specific designs will
be recreated in a color of your choice or in a size that fits your needs.

Pricing on this site is subject to change without notice. There
are discounts for quantity orders:
$200.00 - 10%
$400.00 - 15%
Returns and Exchanges
Satisfaction guaranteed, if you are not happy with your purchase, you
may return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be
in their original condition. Return shipping will be at the customers
expense. Repairs will be made at no cost for the first year after purchase.

Wholesale
Please
contact me if you are interested in wholesale pricing for your retail
store via e-mail or
314-324-6375. Keep in mind that my jewelry is One-of-a-Kind
designs so nothing will be exactly the same if ordering quantity.
Very similar but not exactly the same. Smaller metal findings, hooks,
pendant suspensions, and alphabets are "what you see is what you
get". The larger
metal pieces may have a variety of exterior cuts. Kits with DVD may
have small variations due to bead availability. There is a minimum
order of $200.00 to receive wholesale pricing on your first order.

Shipping
Method
All shipments will be made USPS Priority
Mail with insurance for value of package unless otherwise requested.
There is a flat fee of $8.00 added at the time of purchase for shipping
and insurance. Alternate shipping methods may be requested by and charged
to the customer.
Tax
Missouri residents must pay a 7.45% sales tax of the gross purchase after discounts.
Provide a Missouri tax identification number at the time of the order to avoid
these tax charges.

Shipping Time
All items in stock will be shipped within four business days. Items in need of
production will be shipped once available. Production is ongoing yet cyclic
in an effort to have most items available all of the time. Custom orders
will be assigned an estimated delivery time once an order is placed. but
can't be guaranteed. I'll do my best to meet that delivery date. |
Payment Method
I accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards and debit cards for e-mail
or phone purchases. You will be asked for
the card number, expiration date, name, address, zip code, the three digit number
on back of card, and a phone number. I guarantee that no credit card or personal
information will be shared with a third party. All information collected
for your purchase is only for the billing transaction, shipping, and if need
be a contact if I have questions about the order or shipment.
Checks and money orders are accepted. A personal
check will need to clear and funds be available in my account before shipment
will be made. Any insufficient funds charges will be charged back to the
customer. No cash please.

to use said designs must be obtained from the artist. If permission

prosecuted. Jewelry designs in kits and on DVDs can be reproduced
by the purchaser up to 200 times if credit in writing is given
to Kathryn Bowman with the jewelry piece at time of sale.
