There is a full service shopping cart on this web site. It directs your payment to Paypal and they retain any personal payment information you submit. I never see this information. If you are having any difficulties with and order, please contact me at e-mail or 314-324-6375.
Pricing
With respect to items sold by Kathryn Bowman, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. There are discounts for quantity orders:

$300.00 - 15%
$400.00 or over - 20%
Product Descriptions
Kathryn Bowman attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Kathryn Bowman does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kathryn Bowman is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Wholesale
Please contact me if you are interested in wholesale pricing for your retail store via e-mail or 314-324-6375. Keep in mind that my jewelry is One-of-a-Kind designs so nothing will be exactly the same if ordering quantity. Very similar but not exactly the same. Kits may have small variations due to bead availability. There is a minimum order of $200.00 to receive wholesale pricing on your first order and $100.00 any order placed after that.
Tax
Missouri residents must pay a 7.4% sales tax of the gross purchase after discounts. Provide a Missouri tax identification number at the time of the order to avoid these tax charges.
Returns and Exchanges
GUARANTEE
I guarantee my jewelry for one year with normal wear. Please think about it and don't be playing football

in your jewelry. That isn't normal wear and tear. I do keep records of who bought what when.
LOSS
If you loss it I can not replace that. With a lost earring I will try to duplicate if I still have that same bead and we will discus a fair value payment.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for an item of equal value, but the original item must be returned in it's original condition before the exchange will be sent. I determine what is original condition. Value adjustments will be made if you are owed money in the exchange.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item please feel free to return is at your expense. Any returns must be in absolute original condition before money is returned. I want you to be happy with what you purchase from my shop.

Shipping Method
**The item or items will be in a sturdy container, box or bubble wrap envelop, to insure that shipments arrive in good condition.
**All items will be shipped within three days of notice of payment from PayPal. In the US the package should arrinve within 3-5 days. There are exceptions to this arrival time around the holidays, so be sure to order early during high volume periods.
**Shipments will be made to your Paypal address unless otherwise state. Be sure to give me that other address in the comments area of your order if you desire shippment to a different address than the Paypal address.
**I will use delivery confirmation upon request and can add your email address to the post office tracking so you will get email updates on the progress of your package.
**If you order more than one item, it will be combined into one pack.
**Custom orders can take up to a month to complete but I will be in contact with you throughout the process via e-mail and let you know when it is shipped.

~~International Orders will be sent First Class (no insurance available) if under $25 and lightweight.
~~Please convo me, if you'd like to have insurance added or you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. This upgraded shipping for International orders will more than double the shipping cost, but you will receive the item much quicker and have the added security of insurance.
~~International customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when the shippment arrives in their country and paid to their postal service.
~~Please check that the items you would like are not prohibited for shipment to your country. |
~~Every effort will be made to find the least expensive shipping cost. Refunds, of $1.00 or more, given thru paypal after checkout and after actual shipping cost/fees are calculated.
Shipping Time
All items in stock will be shipped within four business days. Items in need of production will be shipped once available. Production is ongoing yet cyclic in an effort to have most items available all of the time. Custom orders will be assigned an estimated delivery time once an order is placed. but can't be guaranteed. I will do my best to meet that delivery date.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Kathryn Bowman are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. |
